Humidifier does not work why did some information on what to do next thank you very much

My my humidifier stopped working just like that it was fine the one day and the next day just wouldnt work the reason that I called was to see if there was anything that I could do on my end to see if I can make it work again or give me some recommendations what do you think I should do thank you

I've bought a product from TaoTronics Official Store on AliExpress, paid on 2021-10-03 20:03, but I've never received it. The company admitted they've lost the package, but they have never sent me a new one. I do not recommend TaoTronics to anyone.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from TaoTronics!
